Prices are based on two people. For stays under 4 nights, a surcharge applies. Each additional person aged 12 and older is charged €20.00 per day. Children up to 2 years stay free, and children between 2 and 12 pay half the surcharge.
Electricity, heating, and final cleaning are included.
A local tax of €1.75 per person per night is charged. Children under 14 are exempt. This tax is not included in the listed price and can only be paid in cash on-site.
With a deposit of 30%, your apartment is reserved. The remaining amount can be transferred before your stay or paid in cash on-site. Please note that cash payments in Italy are limited to a total of €1,999.00. We are not equipped for card payments.
On arrival day, your apartment is ready from 3:00 PM. Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on departure day. If arriving after 6:00 PM, kindly let us know in advance.
Cancellations are unpleasant for both sides. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the following cancellation policies apply (according to Art. 1382 Civil Code):
The deposit is non-refundable. If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations less than 10 days before the start of your holiday, 80% of the total will be charged. In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full booking price will be charged.
